We want every patient to feel confident about their subscription. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds are issued for RenuviaMD® services.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any point from your patient portal or by emailing care@renuviamd.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Partial-month refunds. We do not prorate. Once a billing cycle has begun, the full monthly charge remains due.
Pre-shipment refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your monthly renewal charge AND before your medication has shipped, we will refund that month's charge in full (minus any lab or telehealth fees already rendered).
RenuviaMD® does not dispense, sell, or ship any medications. If Dr. Falcon writes a prescription as part of your care plan, the patient chooses the FDA-registered licensed pharmacy that will fill and ship it.
RenuviaMD® has no business, financial, ownership, referral, or commercial relationship with any pharmacy. We do not recommend, endorse, partner with, or receive compensation from any pharmacy.
Any defect, claim, or dispute related to a medication must be handled directly between the patient and the patient's chosen pharmacy. This includes charges, refunds, shipping issues, damaged or incorrect product, and replacements. RenuviaMD® is not a party to any pharmacy transaction.
Once medication has shipped for a given cycle, that cycle is non-refundable by the pharmacy. Please refer to your chosen pharmacy's own return and refund terms.
Your RenuviaMD® membership charge is separate from any pharmacy charge and is governed only by this refund policy.
Before requisition is issued: Full refund available for the $150 Metabolic Risk Assessment or $125 Female Hormone Optimization Panel if the lab requisition has not yet been emailed to you.
After requisition is issued: Non-refundable, because we have paid the clinical-platform order fee on your behalf.
PCP Upload (free): No refund applicable — no charge incurred.
If Dr. Falcon determines during your initial telehealth visit (Visit 1) that you are not medically eligible for the program you enrolled in, you will receive a full refund of the program's first month subscription charge. Lab fees are not refundable if the lab requisition has been issued.
Patients flagged as medically ineligible during the pre-enrollment screener or intake are not charged.
If Dr. Falcon pauses or discontinues your medication for safety reasons (e.g., severe side effects, new contraindicating diagnosis), your subscription pauses at no additional cost. You are not charged while paused. If the pause becomes permanent (e.g., safety incompatibility), your next billing cycle is refunded in full.
Email care@renuviamd.com with your name, date of birth, and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us first before disputing a charge with your bank. Most chargebacks can be resolved faster and more fairly by talking directly with our team.
