By accessing and using RenuviaMD™ services, website, and patient portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
RenuviaMD™ provides telehealth medical services to patients physically located in the State of Florida, in accordance with FL Statute 456.47. Services are provided by Florida-licensed physicians.
The information on this website is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment decisions are made during your consultation with Dr. Falcon based on your individual health profile.
Visit fees are due at the time of consultation. RenuviaMD accepts accepted payment methods via secure payment processing. No insurance, HSA, or FSA accepted for visit fees.
Subscription cancellation. Monthly program subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. The current billing period is non-refundable once services have been rendered or medications have been dispensed.
RenuviaMD™ is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of prescribed medications or supplements beyond the standard of care provided. Medical treatment involves inherent risks that are discussed during your informed consent process.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Telehealth involves the delivery of health care services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means between a licensee and a patient who are not in the same physical location.
Telehealth visits are conducted via Doxy.me, a HIPAA-compliant video platform. No software download is required.
Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
By enrolling in the RenuviaMD® program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
RenuviaMD® provides physician-directed medical care focused on metabolic health, weight management, and hormone optimization. Treatment plans are individualized and may include prescription medications, laboratory testing, and lifestyle recommendations.
All treatment decisions, including medication prescribing, dosing, continuation, or discontinuation, are based solely on clinical judgment, patient-reported information, and safety considerations. Participation in the program does not guarantee any specific treatment, prescription, dose, or outcome.
You agree to participate in regular progress monitoring through the patient portal, including submitting requested check-ins regarding symptoms, adherence, and progress. Failure to provide adequate or timely information may limit the ability of the physician to safely continue treatment.
Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. In certain situations, additional evaluation (including telemedicine visits) may be required before initiating, continuing, or modifying treatment. There is no guarantee of automatic prescription renewal.
Additional telemedicine visits may be recommended or required based on your clinical status. These visits are billed separately.
Initial laboratory testing is required prior to treatment initiation. Additional testing or reassessment may be recommended based on clinical progress but is not mandatory unless deemed necessary for safety.
If prescribed, medications are fulfilled through third-party pharmacies. RenuviaMD® does not manufacture medications. Medication availability, pricing, and fulfillment are subject to pharmacy policies and may vary. You are responsible for all medication-related costs.
All medical services, laboratory testing, and medications are paid out-of-pocket unless otherwise specified. Payments for services rendered are non-refundable.
Individual results vary. Weight loss, symptom improvement, and treatment response are not guaranteed. Success depends on multiple factors, including adherence, physiology, and lifestyle.
You agree to: provide accurate and complete medical information; report symptoms and side effects promptly; follow prescribed treatment and monitoring recommendations; seek immediate medical care in case of emergency.
You may discontinue care at any time. RenuviaMD® reserves the right to discontinue treatment if it is no longer clinically appropriate or if patient safety cannot be ensured.

The intake, pre-qualification, and account creation process are completely free.
Prescription medications that have been dispensed or shipped cannot be returned or refunded due to pharmacy regulations. This includes compounded medications.
Lab fees paid directly to Quest Diagnostics or other laboratories are subject to those facilities' refund policies, not RenuviaMD™.
GLP-Balance™ supplements purchased through shop.renuviamd.com are subject to the Shopify store's refund policy (30-day satisfaction guarantee).
