What the Membership Does Not Cover
- Medications. Any prescription is dispensed and shipped by an FDA-registered licensed pharmacy chosen by the patient. RenuviaMD® has no business, financial, ownership, referral, or commercial relationship with any pharmacy. Patients select and pay the pharmacy directly; RenuviaMD® receives nothing from the pharmacy transaction.
- Controlled substances (Dr. Falcon does not prescribe any DEA-scheduled medications)
- Emergency or urgent medical care (use 911 or your local emergency department)
- In-person physical exams
- Imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray), biopsies, or labs outside the optional RenuviaMD® panels
- Third-party supplement purchases
Billing & Cancellation Policy
Recurring monthly. All program subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month until cancelled.
No commitment. Cancel anytime from your patient portal or by emailing care@renuviamd.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds for unused portions of the month.
Medication shipped. Once medication has shipped for a given cycle, that cycle is non-refundable. Compounded medication cannot be returned.
Lab fees ($150 / $125). One-time charges. Refundable if lab requisition has not yet been issued.

What you are purchasing. RenuviaMD® Care Memberships are a subscription to physician medical services — clinical evaluation, ongoing monitoring, messaging, telehealth visits, and care-plan management provided by Dr. Armando A. Falcon, MD. The membership fee is not a charge for medication.
Pharmacy is the patient's choice. If Dr. Falcon prescribes medication as part of your individualized care plan, the patient selects the FDA-registered licensed pharmacy that will dispense and ship the prescription. RenuviaMD® has no business, financial, ownership, referral, or commercial relationship with any pharmacy. We do not recommend, endorse, partner with, or receive compensation from any pharmacy. The patient pays the pharmacy directly; RenuviaMD® receives no portion of any pharmacy transaction.
Medical disclaimer. Any prescription is issued only where a valid patient-physician relationship has been established via telehealth evaluation and where clinically appropriate. Dr. Falcon holds Florida License ME 84789, NPI 1447295126. RenuviaMD® does not prescribe controlled substances or any DEA-scheduled medications.
Eligibility. Services are currently available only to adult residents physically located in Florida at the time of each telehealth visit. Patients who do not meet medical eligibility criteria will be refunded in full for services not yet rendered.
