Clinical Oversight Model

How It Works

A physician practice, first and always.
You pay for physician-led medical oversight. You choose where to fill your prescription.

What Your Membership Includes

Your monthly membership is what you pay for — and here’s what it actually covers:

Your Monthly Rhythm

A predictable physician-led cadence — so every refill is an informed clinical decision, not an automated transaction.

Week 1 · Early response

A brief check-in covers symptoms, side effects, and how your body is adjusting. Any early flag goes straight to your physician.

Weeks 2–3 · Mid-cycle monitoring

Your physician watches trends and addresses questions through secure messaging. No waiting for the next month to bring something up.

Week 4 · Safety & Progress Review

Your physician formally reviews your response, side effects, vital trends, and next-step options. If continuing is clinically appropriate and safe, a new 30-day prescription is authorized. If a change is indicated — dose, pause, switch — that’s what happens instead.

Without a current Safety & Progress Review, no new prescription is authorized. That’s the practice of medicine.

Your prescription is a clinical decision made by a physician who knows your case — not an automated questionnaire, and not a rotating provider who has never met you.

If Your Care Needs to Change

If your physician pauses, reduces, or discontinues medication for safety or clinical reasons, your membership continues to cover your care and monitoring at no additional cost until you and your physician agree on next steps.

You are never charged more for being taken off medication for your safety.

About Medications

If your RenuviaMD® physician writes a prescription, you choose the licensed pharmacy that fills it. The pharmacy bills you directly at its own rates. Your physician will share clinical perspective on brand, retail-discount, or compounded options during your review — but the pharmacy choice, manufacturer savings paperwork, and payment are handled between you and the pharmacy you pick.

RenuviaMD® does not receive any revenue, commissions, or rebates from any pharmacy. Your membership fee only covers physician services.

The Financial Flow

Three transactions. No bundled drug markup, no hidden fees.
